结果:轻度窒息组Glu(2.38 mmol/L)、Na(134.1 mmol/L)、CL(95.1 mmol/L)、Ca(1.89 mmol/L)、Mg(0.68 mmol/L)平均血清浓度与对照组比较,经q检验分析均有统计学差异(P<0.05),重度窒息组Glu(3.03 mmol/L)、Na(124.4 mmol/L)、CL(85.4 mmol/L)、Ca(1.65 mmol/L)、Mg(0.48 mmol/L)与轻度窒息组比较,经q检验分析均有统计学差异(P<0.05);窒息组新生儿血糖、电解质与Apgar评分经Spearman等级相关分析,Cl(r=0.679,P<0.05)、Na(r=0.692,P<0.05)、Ca(r=0.741,P<0.05)、Mg(r=0.569,P<0.05)与Apgar评分呈正相关。结论:新生儿复苏过程中应密切关注血糖、电解质的变化,防止并发症的发生,降低新生儿窒息的危害。
Objective: To study the relationship between changes of blood glucose and electrolytes and the progression of disease in neonates with asphyxia. Methods: 136 neonates with asphyxia and 46 normal neonates were enrolled in this study. The changes of blood glucose (Glu) and electrolytes were compared between neonates with asphyxia and normal neonates. Results: The mean serum concentration of Glu (2.38 mmol / L), Na (134.1 mmol / L), CL (95.1 mmol / L), Ca (1.89 mmol / L) There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Severe asphyxia group had Glu (3.03 mmol / L), Na (124.4 mmol / L), CL (P <0.05). Compared with mild asphyxia group, the levels of plasma glucose, electrolytes and Apgar scores in neonates with asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in mild asphyxia group (P <0.05) (r = 0.679, P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between Mg (r = 0.569, P <0.05) and Apgar score for Na (r = 0.692, P <0.05). Conclusion: During neonatal resuscitation, blood glucose and electrolytes should be closely monitored to prevent the occurrence of complications and reduce the risk of neonatal asphyxia.
