目的了解无锡市淡色库蚊抗药性水平,为杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法检测淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏、双硫磷、仲丁威6种杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果6种杀虫剂对淡色库蚊的半数致死浓度(LC50)由高到低依次为仲丁威>敌敌畏>双硫磷>氯菊酯>高效氯氰菊酯>溴氰菊酯。与敏感品系比较,对双硫磷和敌敌畏的抗药性达到高抗水平,抗性倍数为421.25、126.93;对仲丁威达到中抗水平,抗性倍数为11.98;对氯菊酯达到低抗水平,抗性倍数为2.64;对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯都敏感,抗性倍数为1.53、1.38。结论无锡市淡色库蚊已对部分杀虫剂产生抗药性,在灭蚊工作中应注意避免大量单独使用某种药剂。
Objective To understand the drug resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in Wuxi City and provide a scientific basis for the rational use of insecticides. Methods The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to 6 insecticides of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, dichlorvos, diphtheria and sec-butyl was determined by larval dipping method. Results The LC50s of the six insecticides to Culex pipiens pallens were CS = DDVP> DDT> permethrin> beta-cypermethrin> deltamethrin. Compared with the susceptible lines, the resistance to diphtheria and dichlorvos reached high levels, the resistance multiple was 421.25,126.93; to Zhong Ding Wei reached the medium resistance level, the resistance multiple was 11.98; and the permethrin reached low anti-level , The resistance multiple was 2.64; Both cypermethrin and deltamethrin were sensitive, the resistance multiple was 1.53,1.38. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens have been resistant to some insecticides, and should be avoided in the mosquito control work.
