我国经济社会正在发生着巨大的改变,人们的生活质量水平也得到显著的提升,国家对于医药卫生保障体系的改革完善也在不断地进行中。但是,政府对于医药卫生领域的投入依旧不够。在新医改的大背景之下,众多公立医院采取各种措施提升自身的收入水平,以此来响应新医改的各项政策规定,更好的服务公众。本文主要以县级公立医院作为对象予以阐述,对其财务管理的各项内容进行简要的概括,并分析了目前公立医院在财务管理上所存在的问题,最后结合新医改的各项政策提出完善县级公立医院财务管理的各项措施,以期能够更好的构建现代医药卫生服务体系。 China’s economy and society are undergoing tremendous changes, people’s quality of life has also been markedly improved, and the reform and perfection of the medical and health care system in the country is also continuing. However, the government’s investment in the medical and health field is still not enough. Under the background of new medical reform, many public hospitals take various measures to raise their own income levels in order to respond to the new medical reform policies and regulations, and better serve the public. This paper mainly expounds the county-level public hospitals as the object, briefly summarizes the contents of its financial management, and analyzes the existing problems in the public hospitals in the financial management. Finally, the paper puts forward the consummation of the new medical reform policies County-level public hospital financial management measures, in order to be able to better build a modern medical and health service system.
