第十一届全国美展获奖和优秀作品已在中国美术馆拉开帷幕。由文化部和中国美协举办的全国美展是当代中国美术最引人关注的平台之一,这种展览模式曾为新中国美术推出了众多优秀画家和作品,产生了深远而广泛的影响。然而,时至今日,对于作为主流美术最突出表征的全国美展,有关其存在价值、评选机制,是否真正能够做到“熔铸中国气派,塑造国家形象”等问题,在美术界也引发了诸多质疑。本刊邀请部分理论家、画家,就第十一届美展中国画作品撰文评述,以期引发读者进一步地关注和思考。
