采用SEM研究分析胶膜与泡沫芯的胶接机理,借鉴国内外的增强工艺,提出简化的泡沫夹层结构操纵面胶接增强工艺,通过模拟计算及生产试验分析,确定相应工艺参数。 SEM was used to analyze the bonding mechanism between the film and the foam core. Based on the enhanced technology at home and abroad, a simplified foam bonding structure control surface bonding enhancement process was proposed. The corresponding process parameters were determined through simulation calculation and production test analysis.
