目的 :研究蛇床子水提取液的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法 :通过S180 肉瘤移植建立荷瘤小鼠模型 ,然后对S180 荷瘤小鼠给予 4种剂量蛇床子水提取液后观察瘤重、小鼠生存天数及血清涎酸 (SA)等指标。结果 :剂量组 0 0 4mg/(g·bw·d)、0 2 1mg/(g·bw·d)、0 42mg/(g·bw·d)平均瘤重低于肿瘤对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且能延长小鼠生存天数 (P <0 0 1)。抑瘤率依次为 34.2 %、6 3 6 %和 33 2 % ,动物生命延长率依次为 5 3 0 %、5 8 3 %和 47 0 %。结论 :蛇床子水提取液具有较强的抗肿瘤作用 ,有很好的利用前景 ,值得对其进行深入研究
Objective: To study the in vivo anti-tumor effect of aqueous extract of Cnidium monnieri. METHODS: A tumor-bearing mouse model was established by transplantation of S180 sarcoma. S180 tumor-bearing mice were then given 4 doses of Cnidium monnieri water extract to observe tumor weight, survival days of mice, and serum citrate (SA). RESULTS: The average tumor weights of the dose group were 0 4 mg/(g·bw·d), 0 2 1 mg/(g·bw·d), and 0 42 mg/(g·bw·d) were lower than those in the tumor control group (P < 0 05), and can prolong the survival days of mice (P <0 01). The tumor inhibition rates were 34.2%, 63.6%, and 33.0% in turn, and the animal life extension rates were 5.30%, 583%, and 47%, respectively. Conclusion : The water extract of Cnidium elegans has a strong anti-tumor effect and has a good prospect of use. It is worth studying in depth.
