大型钢铁联合企业倾向于采用“起重机+过跨车”铁水运输物流新工艺,如何评估其安全性和性能是决策者关心的关键问题。采用仿真评估技术,需要解决由于生产处理时间不确定和“避车”等动态因素导致的多场景仿真问题。为此,提出面向对象仿真对象设计方法和基于有限状态自动机动态建模技术。介绍了铁水运输物流过程的仿真系统,并且给出多场景仿真评估流程。有效的提高了仿真系统的灵活性、可配置性和仿真对象的可重用能力。
Large steel conglomerates tend to adopt “cranes + overpassing” and “hot metal” logistics and logistics and how to evaluate their safety and performance is a key concern for policymakers. The use of simulation and evaluation techniques needs to solve the multi-scenario simulation problem due to the uncertain production processing time and the “evacuation” and other dynamic factors. Therefore, the design method of object-oriented simulation object and dynamic finite state machine modeling technology are proposed. The simulation system of hot metal transportation and logistics process is introduced, and the multi-scene simulation and evaluation process is given. Effectively improves simulation system flexibility, configurability and reusability of simulated objects.
