目的研究分析通气技术对面罩机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法 96例慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者,均进行面罩通气治疗,比较治疗前后患者的血气指标、生命体征,观察不良反应发生情况。结果与通气前相比,患者的血气指标均得到显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通气治疗前,患者的收缩压为(72.34±6.14)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),脉搏为(113.36±7.64)次/min,呼吸频率为(28.63±2.16)次/min;通气治疗后,患者收缩压为(112.43±7.21)mm Hg,脉搏为(81.36±8.53)次/min,呼吸频率为(16.14±2.34)次/min。与通气治疗前相比,治疗后患者生命体征得到显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(t=41.478、27.380、38.429,P<0.05)。不良反应发生率为9.38%。结论通气技术对面罩机械通气治疗慢阻肺呼吸衰竭的疗效甚为理想,可有效改善其低氧血症及二氧化碳潴留症状,应在临床治疗中大力推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of ventilation on mask ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) respiratory failure. Methods 96 cases of COPD patients with respiratory failure were treated with mask ventilation. The blood gas indexes and vital signs of patients before and after treatment were compared to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results Before treatment, the blood gas indexes of patients were significantly improved (P <0.05). Before ventilation, the systolic blood pressure was (72.34 ± 6.14) mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 k Pa), pulse rate was (113.36 ± 7.64) beats / min and respiratory rate was (28.63 ± 2.16) beats / min. After ventilation, systolic blood pressure was (112.43 ± 7.21) mm Hg and pulse rate was (81.36 ± 8.53) / min, respiratory rate was (16.14 ± 2.34) times / min. Compared with pre-treatment, the patients’ vital signs were significantly improved after treatment, with statistical significance (t = 41.478,27.380,38.429, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.38%. Conclusion Ventilation technique is very satisfactory for masks mechanical ventilation in the treatment of COPD patients with respiratory failure. It can effectively improve the symptoms of hypoxemia and carbon dioxide retention and should be widely applied in clinical treatment.
