标杆管理作为战略性绩效管理的一种重要管理工具,在中国的企业中得到了广泛的应用。但标杆管理理论毕竟源于国外,中国企业由于所处的环境不同在实施标杆管理的实践中出现了不少问题。本文针对标杆管理在中国企业绩效管理中的应用情况,分析问题产生的原因,并结合案例对其应用提出建议,希望有助于企业的绩效管理。
As an important management tool of strategic performance management, benchmarking management has been widely used in Chinese enterprises. However, after all, the benchmarking management theory originates from abroad. Due to the different environments, Chinese enterprises have encountered many problems in the practice of benchmarking. This paper aims at the application of benchmarking management in China’s enterprise performance management, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward suggestions on its application in combination with the case, hoping to contribute to the performance management of enterprises.
