本文叙述了我们根据实验室特点自行设计和制造的一台用来研究气体-表面作用的玻璃结构分子束的装置。它的优点是价格低廉,制造容易。在这台仪器上进行了CO/Pt(多晶)系统的催化氧化实验。实验表明,这台仪器能反映气体-表面反应(多相催化)的不同过程,因而它是一台研究气体-表面作用的有用工具。
This article describes a device designed to study the gas-surface interaction of glass molecular beams based on laboratory characteristics. Its advantage is low price, easy to manufacture. A catalytic oxidation experiment of the CO / Pt system was performed on this instrument. Experiments show that this instrument can reflect the different processes of gas-surface reaction (heterogeneous catalysis) and therefore it is a useful tool for studying gas-surface effects.
