以环境模拟试验中汽车空调整车降温性能试验为主要研究对象,对试验的行业标准及企业标准进行对比,利用环境舱和底盘测功机等硬件设施进行多车型汽车空调整车降温性能试验。从不同环境温度、光照以及试验标准工况下试验结果的对比分析,对目前汽车空调整车降温性能试验标准提出改进意见,生产企业可以制定适合自身使用特点的汽车空调降温试验方法和标准。
Taking the cooling performance test of vehicle air-conditioners in environmental simulation test as the main research object, the industrial standard and enterprise standard of the test are compared. The cooling performance test of the multi-vehicle air-conditioned vehicle is carried out by using the hardware facilities such as environmental chamber and chassis dynamometer. Based on the comparative analysis of the test results under different ambient temperature, light and test standard conditions, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement of the test standard for the cooling performance of vehicle air-conditioners. The manufacturing enterprises can make test methods and standards for the cooling test of air conditioners suitable for their own use.
