高校公共关系学的专业特点要求其培养适合社会需求,专业化从事信息传播、形象管理与关系协调的复合型人才。《跨文化交流》课程符合这一专业特点,现已成为公共关系学专业系列课程的有机组成部分,对于全球化形势下公关专业人才的全面培养有其突出推动作用。现有《跨文化交流》课程应从教改政策层面、教材使用、师资队伍建设、实践教学等方面推行适合公关关系专业特点的课程设置与教学方法,提升跨文化课程的应有地位,并突出其独特功能,使新时代的高校公共关系学专业学生的跨文化交流意识与技能都能得到切实的提高。
The professional characteristics of public relations at colleges and universities require them to cultivate compound talents suitable for social needs and specialized in information dissemination, image management and relationship coordination. The “Intercultural Communication” curriculum is in line with this specialty and has now become an integral part of the professional series of public relations majors. It has a prominent role in promoting the comprehensive training of PR professionals in the globalized world. The existing “Intercultural Communication” curriculum should carry out curriculum setup and teaching methods that are suitable for the characteristics of PR relations from the aspects of educational reform policy, use of teaching materials, construction of teaching staff and practical teaching so as to enhance the proper status of intercultural curriculum and highlight its uniqueness Function, so that the new era of public relations students in colleges and universities cross-cultural communication awareness and skills can be effectively improved.
