目的探讨小牛血去蛋白提取物对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(CysC)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月我院住院患者100例早期DN患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各50例;两组均予基础治疗,治疗组用小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗,对照组用前列地尔治疗,疗程均为2w。比较两组治疗前后UAER(24h尿微量白蛋白排泄率)、Hcy、CysC及CRP水平变化。结果治疗前两组间基线资料及各代谢指标比较差异均无统计学意义(<0.05);治疗后:治疗组UAER、Hcy、CRP、CysC明显降低(<0.01),对照组UAER下降明显(0.05);两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物与前列地尔均可有效降低UAER,小牛血去蛋白提取物还能降低早期DN患者Hcy、CysC及CRP水平。“,”Objective To observe the ef ect of deproteinized calf blood extract on early diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients of homocysteine (Hcy), Cystatin C (CysC) and C reactive protein (CRP). Methods From 2014 in January to 2015 in January in our hospital 100 cases of patients with early DN, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group;the two groups were given basic treatment, the treatment group with deproteinized extract of calf blood therapy, the control group with alprostadil treatment, treatment for 2 weeks. To observe changes of Hcy, CysC and CRP levels were compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results Before treatment,baseline data and metabolic parameters in two groups were not significant ( <0.05); after treatment,the levels of UAER, Hcy, CRP and CysC in the treatment group decreased significantly ( <0.01);in control group UAER decreased significantly ( 0.05);the period of treatment in the patients of two groups were no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Deproteinized calf blood extract and alprostadil can ef ectively reduce levels of UAER, the former can reduce levels of Hcy, CysC and CRP on diabetic nephropathy.
