不育症的发病率约为10%,其中男性因素所致不育约为50%,而由于染色体异常引起的不育占在男性不育中有一定的比例。本报道对在本站诊治的男性不育患者进行了染色体核型分析,现对结果进行总结和分析。1.临床资料1.1对象:为2006年6月-2009年6月,在本站就诊,患有严重少精子症,无精子症或女方有反复自然流产史等,怀疑有染色体异常的男性患者。
The incidence of infertility is about 10%, of which male infertility caused by about 50%, and because of chromosomal abnormalities caused by male infertility accounted for a certain proportion of male infertility. This report on the site of diagnosis and treatment of male infertility chromosome karyotype analysis, the results are summarized and analyzed. 1. Clinical data 1.1 Subjects: From June 2006 to June 2009, at this site for treatment, with severe oligozoospermia, azoospermia or the woman had repeated spontaneous abortion history, suspected chromosomal abnormalities in male patients.
