大兴安岭开发建设以来，由于森林火灾、森林采伐及各种人为对森林的破坏，再加之气候变暖等多种原因，导致本区多年冻土的不断退化，以及兴安落叶松的逐步北移。为使寒温带冻土森林实现持续发展，本文结合寒温带林区的特殊性，提出了可操作性的对策 Since the development and construction of Daxinganling, due to various reasons such as forest fires, deforestation and various man-made destruction of forests, coupled with climate warming, the permafrost in this area has been continuously degraded and the larch gradually moved northward. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the frigid and temperate permafrost forests, this paper proposes some feasible measures in combination with the particularity of the frigid and temperate forests.
