目的观察基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)和其抑制剂-3(TIMP-3)在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达情况,探讨MMP-13和TIMP-3与子宫肌瘤发生的关系与临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)对57例子宫肌瘤患者进行MMP-13和TIMP-3蛋白表达的检测,并与45例子宫肌瘤瘤旁组织中MMP-13和TIMP-3表达比较。结果 MMP-13和TIMP-3蛋白在子宫肌瘤组织中多呈阳性表达,在子宫肌瘤瘤旁组织中多呈阴性表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-13与TIMP-3在子宫肌瘤组织中异常表达,可能与子宫肌瘤的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13) and its inhibitor-3 (TIMP-3) in uterine fibroids and to explore the relationship between the expression of MMP-13 and TIMP-3 and uterine leiomyoma in clinical significance. Methods The expression of MMP-13 and TIMP-3 in 57 patients with uterine leiomyoma was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method) and compared with the expression of MMP-13 and TIMP-3 in 45 cases of uterine fibroid tumor . Results The expressions of MMP-13 and TIMP-3 protein were mostly positive in uterine fibroids and negatively in paracancerous tissues of uterine fibroids. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of MMP-13 and TIMP-3 in myoma of uterus may be related to the occurrence of uterine fibroids.
