在没有自动退刀设备的普通车床上进行高速车螺丝时,危险性是比较大的。主要原因是车头转速很高,走刀量大,螺丝车到头时,来不及退出刀具。这样就可能产生:1)走刀过头,产生废品;2)碰坏刀具或产生工伤事故。为了解决退刀问题,我厂参考了苏联先进经验资料设计了一个自动退刀装置,利用这个装置可以在任何车床上进行高速车螺丝工作。退刀装置的结构如图1所示。3是套筒,刀柄1就装在套筒3的孔中,并可在孔内前后移动。15是支头螺钉,用来控制刀柄1的移动距离。为了防止刀柄1在车削时发生转动,在套筒3的右侧用螺钉13固定一块定位板2。螺丝车刀就装在刀柄1上,用螺钉12固定。5是杠杆,用销钉14固定在套筒3上。杠杆5的一端装有销
In the absence of automatic retractable equipment ordinary lathe speed car screw, the danger is relatively large.
