目的:研究某些中药有效成分对非酶糖基化的抑制作用。方法:中药有效成分加入体外白蛋白糖基化体系中,评价这些中药成分对糖基比终末产物(AGEs)形成的相对抑制率。结果:与参照糖基化反应抑制剂氨基胍相比,阿魏酸、刺五加皂甙和大黄醇提物对AGEs的相对抑制率分别为95.21%,94.75%和94.75%。结论:阿魏酸、刺五加皂甙和大黄醇提物对体外糖基化反应有明显抑制效果。
Objective: To study the inhibition of non-enzymatic glycosylation by some active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The effective components of traditional Chinese medicine were added to the in vitro albumin glycosylation system to evaluate the relative inhibition rates of these traditional Chinese medicine components on the formation of glycosyl end-products (AGEs). Results: The relative inhibition rates of ferulic acid, Acanthopanax senticosus and rhubarb ethanol extract on AGEs were 95.21%, 94.75% and 94.75%, respectively, compared with the reference glycosylation inhibitor aminoguanidine. . Conclusion: Ferulic acid, Acanthopanax senticosus glycosides and rhubarb alcohol extracts have obvious inhibitory effects on glycosylation in vitro.
