肝纤维化是各种病因引起的慢性肝病的共同转归。慢性肝病的处理与预后取决于肝纤维化的程度。虽然肝活检是评估肝纤维化的金标准,但仍有其一定的技术局限性与风险,由此导致了无创评估肝纤维化技术的发展。本文就这些无创检测和预测模型的准确性及应用与局限予以综述。
Liver fibrosis is a common cause of chronic liver disease caused by various causes. The treatment and prognosis of chronic liver disease depends on the degree of liver fibrosis. Although liver biopsy is the gold standard for assessing liver fibrosis, there are still some technical limitations and risks that have led to the development of non-invasive assessment of liver fibrosis. This article reviews the accuracy and application of these non-invasive detection and prediction models and their limitations.
