关于陈愈炯、陈祖煜、徐家海三位同志对“渗流作用下坝坡稳定有限元分析”一文的讨论表示感谢,并综合所提意见答复讨论如下:第一,认为原文内容有三个特点,并加以否定。我们认为原文计算方法并不是讨论中所述的那些特点,而是下面的三个特点:1.在非稳定渗流作用下,核算不同降落水位下各级坝坡的稳定,其工作量甚大。按常用的条分法核算坝坡稳定,一般须分两步,首先计算非稳定渗流的流场分布,然后再根据流场分布用条分法核算坝坡稳定。而原文是将上述的两步合并为一步,显然是比一般常规方法简便迅速。

The replies to the comprehensive comments were as follows: First, the original content was considered to have three characteristics and was rejected. We believe that the original calculation method is not the characteristics described in the discussion, but the following three characteristics: 1. Under the effect of unsteady seepage, the stability of the dam slopes at different levels of landing is accounted for, and its workload is very large. To calculate the stability of dam slope according to the commonly used slicing method, it is generally divided into two steps. Firstly, the flow field distribution of non-steady seepage flow is calculated, and then the stability of the dam slope is calculated according to the distribution of flow field. The original text combines the above two steps into one step, which is obviously simpler and faster than the conventional method.
