我們从倉庫里領出来一批焊条,如果把它們烘烤一下使用,就觉得比較好,例如:飞濺减少了,气孔避免了,电弧也比較稳定了。但是,如果我們把焊条烤得过火,那么在焊接的时候反而又感到不好用了。这是为什么呢? 焊条外面都包有一層藥皮。各种不同牌号的焊条,它的藥皮成分也是不同的。但是藥皮中总有一部分原材料能够吸收空气中的潮气;即使焊条放在很干燥的倉庫里,水气仍然会跑到焊条中去。当焊条藥皮中有苏打、鉀碱、粘土等吸水物質时,焊条就更容易發生反潮現象了。通常焊条在制造完畢后要进行一次干燥,把藥皮中的水分降低
