在保证产品装配精度的前提下 ,成本高低是优选公差分配不同方案的主要指标。但是 ,成本与零件的尺寸大小、结构工艺性、材料的可加工性以及特定制造环境下所选加工方法的精度等因素有关。因此在装配体中如何经济合理地分配各个零件的公差是一个非常复杂的问题。通常 ,设计人员根据标准和凭借经验来决定零件的公差 ,缺乏一致性和科学性。为此 ,运用模糊综合评判方法来确定设计零件在特定制造环境下的加工难易程度系数C ,从而为合理分配公差提出了一种新的依据。
In ensuring the accuracy of product assembly under the premise of the cost level is the preferred tolerance distribution of the main indicators of different programs. However, costs are related to the size of the part, structural workmanship, machinability of the material, and the accuracy of the selected machining method for a particular manufacturing environment. Therefore, how to allocate the tolerances of various parts economically and reasonably in an assembly body is a very complicated issue. Often, designers rely on standards and experience to determine part tolerances, lacking in consistency and scalability. To this end, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the design of parts in a particular manufacturing environment, the ease of processing coefficient C, so as to reasonably allocate tolerance proposed a new basis.
