通过气相色谱对 1 0个芽胞杆菌模式菌株的细胞脂肪酸组分及其含量进行分析 ,经 UPGMA,NTSYS- Pc系统聚类分析绘制的树状图谱可以清楚地将 4个属的菌株分成4个不同的类群 ,而且同一类群中不同的种也表现出一定的差异。由此可见 ,控制芽胞杆菌的培养条件及生长状态 ,同样有效地使脂肪酸组分成为芽胞杆菌化学分类的重要指征。
The fatty acid composition and its content of 10 Bacillus subtilis strains were analyzed by gas chromatography. The dendrogram drawn by UPGMA and NTSYS-Pc cluster analysis clearly divided the 4 genera into 4 different Of the same group of different species also showed some differences. Thus, the control of Bacillus culture conditions and growth conditions, the same effectively make the fatty acid composition into an important indicator of Bacillus chemical classification.
