目的探讨基于偏好选择的责任制排班模式在开展优质护理服务中的应用。方法将2015年2月~3月心血管内科23名在岗护理人员分成2组,甲组为偏好选择的责任制排班模式,乙组为传统排班模式,实施近半年后对护理人员工作情况、排班满意度以及住院患者满意度进行问卷调查。结果偏好选择的责任制排班模式对护理人员在团队合作、能力培养、工作状态与情绪、家庭幸福等方面的影响及患者满意度优于传统排班模式,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用偏好选择的责任制排班,护理人员之间、护患之间能较合理匹配,能尽可能发挥护理人员的工作主动性,患者也能得到更优质的服务,护、患满意度明显提高。
Objective To explore the application of liability scheduling model based on preferences in carrying out high quality nursing services. Methods From February to March 2015, 23 on-the-job nursing staff in Department of Cardiology were divided into two groups. Group A was a duty-based scheduling model with preference preference. Group B was a traditional scheduling model. After nearly six months of implementation, the work of nursing staff , Scheduling satisfaction and inpatient satisfaction questionnaire. The results show that the duty-based scheduling model of preference preference has a significant effect on nursing staff in terms of team cooperation, ability training, work status and emotion, family happiness, and patient satisfaction is superior to the traditional scheduling model (P <0.05). Conclusion Responsibility-based scheduling with preference selection can match the nursing staffs and nurses well, and can give full play to the nurses’ work initiative as well as the patients with better service, with obvious satisfaction degree of nurses and patients improve.
