以室温贮藏1~8年的沙葱种子为试材,研究贮藏陈化对其萌发、抗氧化系统及物质含量的影响。结果表明,随贮藏时间延长,萌发指标,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性,可溶性蛋白质、糖和维生素C(VC)含量均为先升后降,而丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子(O2.–)产生速率和LOX活性为先降后升;萌发后,O2.–产生速率、过氧化物酶(POD)和脂氧合酶(LOX)活性、可溶性蛋白质和VC含量逐渐降低,而SOD、APX、CAT、GR活性和MDA、可溶性糖含量逐渐增加。萌发特性与SOD、CAT、GR活性和可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量呈显著正相关,与O2.–产生速率和LOX活性呈显著负相关,贮藏过程中与MDA含量无显著相关性。
The seedlings of Allium mongolica, stored at room temperature for 1 ~ 8 years, were used as test materials to study the effect of storage aging on their germination, antioxidant system and substance content. The results showed that with the prolongation of storage time, the germination index, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), catalase (CAT), glutathione reductase (GR) , Sugar and vitamin C (VC) content increased firstly and then decreased, while the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide anion (O2.-) and LOX decreased first and then increased; (POD) and lipoxygenase (LOX) activities, while the content of soluble protein and VC gradually decreased while the activity of SOD, APX, CAT, GR and the contents of soluble sugar and soluble sugar increased gradually. There was a significant positive correlation between germination characteristics and SOD, CAT, GR activities, soluble sugar and soluble protein contents, negatively correlated with O2.- production rate and LOX activity, and no significant correlation with MDA content during storage.
