筛孔是分布到颅前窝硬脑膜、鼻腔侧壁、鼻中隔上部、额窦和筛窦血管神经的通道。筛孔的位置对于在眶内侧麻醉筛前神经以及鼻腔上部出血结扎筛前血管,对临床的应用具有实际意义。过去在这方面可做的工作为数不多,为了给临床应用提供参考资料,因此进行了这方面的研究。我们所用的材料是张家口地区出土的男性颅骨。总共观察和测量了五十个颅骨左右眶区的筛孔计100侧。在测量中除观察到各经典的解剖教科书中所描述的筛前孔和筛后孔外,在二孔之间还出现一孔,我们暂称为筛中孔,右侧者多于左侧。有的文献还提到四孔出现,但为数极少,在我们观察的材料中未发现。我们的测
