涡流检测的实质就是检测线圈上的阻抗变化。从信号参量估计理论出发,确定出以正弦波为载体的线圈阻抗变化的测量原理、物理实现及应用实例。利用互相关器实现的智能涡流检测系统能有效抑制干扰信号,具有很高的缺陷的检出能力和检测可靠性。
The essence of eddy current testing is to detect changes in impedance on the coil. Based on the theory of signal parameter estimation, the measurement principle, physical realization and application examples of the impedance change of the coil with the sine wave as the carrier are determined. The intelligent eddy current detection system realized by the cross-correlator can effectively suppress the interference signals and has high detection capability and detection reliability of defects.
