日前,文登市劳动人事争议仲裁院收到小李的仲裁申请,要求单位支付违法终止劳动关系经济补偿2000元。经查,2013年12月6日,小李被某服装厂录用,单位即要求签订书面劳动合同,起先小李以身份证丢失为由予以拒绝。12月20日,单位再次下发签订合同书面通知,小李解释自己系外来务工人员,临近年底不可能在本地长期工作,再次拒签。2014年1月5日,单位下发终止劳动关系通知后,小李认为单位的做法违法,遂要求经济补偿。
