成才有多种渠道,对企业生产一线青工来讲,最重要的途径莫过于“岗位成才”。我们姑且把青工从事岗位工作的能力和专心认真、自觉的程度称之为青工岗位素质。从总体上讲,当前青工的岗位素质基本能适应企业的生存。但勿庸讳言,企业青工岗位素质与迅速发展的现代化建设的需要还有距离,与企业发展竞争的需要还存在着反差。一些企业青工岗位素质现状表明:①生产一线的青工自觉学习岗位业务知识的很少技术素质偏低,技术意识淡薄。相当多的青工没有把学习文化科学知识,提高工作技能同企业的发展相联系,更没有与实现四化的目标和建设社会主义的伟大事业相联系。这种淡漠的技术意识决定了岗位素质低下,直接影响着企业产品质量的提高。②青工岗位进取意识不强,责任心不够,致使生产效益不高。全社会的精神“疲软症”在企业青工身上反映的更加强烈。一些青工觉得干什么
There are a variety of channels to success, the front line of young workers in terms of production, the most important way than the “talent talent.” We tentatively put the young workers engaged in post work capacity and concentration seriously, consciously called the quality of young workers position. In general, the current quality of young workers can basically adapt to the survival of enterprises. However, it goes without saying that there is still a long way to go to meet the needs of the rapid development of the quality of young workers in enterprises and the need of enterprises to compete in their development. The status quo of the quality of some young workers’ jobs shows that: ① Young workers who produce first-line workers rarely learn technical knowledge of job positions, and their technical awareness is weak. A considerable number of young workers have not linked their knowledge of culture and science and their work skills to the development of enterprises, nor have they been linked to the goal of realizing the four modernizations and the great cause of building socialism. This sense of indifference of technology determines the low quality of jobs, a direct impact on the improvement of product quality. ② young workers are not aggressive attitude, sense of responsibility is not enough, resulting in low production efficiency. The spirit of the whole society, “weakness” reflects more strongly in corporate youth workers. What do some young workers think?
