2003年9月9～26日,全国农业技术推广服务中心组织有关省种子管理站、国家玉米品种试验主持单位、国家农作物品种审定委员会玉米专业委员会委员、有关企业及育种、病虫害抗性鉴定部分专家,考察黄淮海区(河北省、河南省、山东省、陕西省)夏玉米品种的田问情况。通过考察,结合近年来本课题组掌握的黄淮海区玉米病虫害发生情况,认为以下几种病虫害属于新的或有加重趋势的病虫
