本文简略地介绍了柴河水库土坝发生滑坡的原因，并着重介绍了设计对水上抛石提出的有关技术要求，采石爆破方法，陆地和水上运石的机构化作业，运石艇的结构型式，浮船定位抛石方法和检测控制手段等。通过施工过程的摸索和改进，积累了一套较完整的经验，可供类似工程参考。
This paper gives a brief introduction of the reasons for the landslide of the earth dam in Chaihe reservoir and emphatically introduces the technical requirements of design for water riprap, the quarrying method, the mechanized operation of land and water stone, the structure of the ship Type, pontoon positioning method and the detection and control measures. Through the exploration and improvement of the construction process, we have accumulated a relatively complete set of experience and can be used for reference to similar projects.
