儿童身体含水分较多,成人体重的60%是水,而儿童身体中的水则达70%。儿童处于生长发育旺盛阶段,新陈代谢比成人快,成人每日每公斤体重需水30~40毫升,婴儿每日每公斤体重需水100~160毫升,是成人的3~4倍。因此,给孩子及时补充水分十分重要。用什么来给孩子补充水分呢?很多人立刻想到名目繁多的饮料。可是,饮料并不是孩子们补充水分的最佳选择,相反,饮料喝多了还会有害于孩子的身体健康。
