目的:对膝关节后交叉韧带解剖进行观察,掌握更加详细和准确的资料,为临床研究和治疗提供可靠的依据。方法:以我院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的64例膝关节标本后交叉韧带为研究对象,测量膝关节标本后交叉韧带的长度、宽度以及厚度,冷冻后在显微镜下解剖,进行组织形态学观察,掌握其微观结构,并与已有研究资料进行对比。结果:经过测量得到后交叉韧带的长度在33.5±1.8mm左右,显微镜下观察结果显示交叉韧带为完整不可分割韧带,多条纤维之间相互穿插,扭转形成一个整体从而构成韧带结构,后交叉韧带的呈现为两端粗大,中间窄小的形态,病理切片显示后交叉韧带两端纤维分布松散,中间纤维分布则相对较为紧密。结论:人体膝关节后交叉韧带的完整性较强,通常是不可分割的,对人体膝关节有着重要的稳固性作用,关系着下肢的正常活动,因此要重视对膝关节后交叉韧带解剖的研究。
Objective: To observe the anatomy of the posterior cruciate ligament of knee and to obtain more detailed and accurate data, so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical research and treatment. Methods: Sixty-four posterior cruciate ligament specimens from our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were studied. The length, width and thickness of the posterior cruciate ligament in the knee joint specimens were measured and dissected under the microscope after freezing Morphological observation, grasp the microstructure, and compared with the existing research data. Results: After measurement, the length of posterior cruciate ligament was about 33.5 ± 1.8mm. The results of microscopic observation showed that the cruciate ligament was a complete indivisible ligament. The multiple fibers interpenetrated with each other and twisted to form a whole to form the ligament structure. The posterior cruciate ligament Showed a thick at both ends, the narrow shape of the middle, pathological sections show that the posterior cruciate ligament fibers loose distribution, the middle fiber distribution is relatively close. CONCLUSION: The posterior cruciate ligament of human knee has a strong integrity and is usually indivisible. It has an important stabilizing effect on the human knee joint and plays an important role in the normal activities of the lower limbs. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the anatomy of the posterior cruciate ligament .
