当前的市场经济大环境下,人才的竞争是企业之间竞争的根本,人力资源对中小企业来说是非常重要的,已经是企业发展过程中最为重要的第一资源。但是人才缺乏一直困扰着西部地区的小企业。因此,应当构建科学合理的员工招聘模式,加强对人才的吸引力度,从而提高企业竞争力,促进企业的长远发展。
Under the current environment of market economy, the competition of talents is the basis of competition among enterprises. Human resources are very important to SMEs and are the most important first resource in the process of enterprise development. However, the lack of talent has always plagued small businesses in the western region. Therefore, we should build a scientific and reasonable staff recruitment model, to enhance the attraction of talent, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the long-term development of enterprises.
