目的研究番茄红素的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法通过S180肉瘤移植建立荷瘤小鼠模型,给予不同剂量番茄红素后观察S180荷瘤小鼠瘤重、脏器指数、带瘤生存天数、脾淋巴细胞增殖活力及自然细胞杀伤活性(NK活性)。结果番茄红素能明显抑制肿瘤生长,平均瘤重低于肿瘤模型组,且能延长荷瘤小鼠生存天数;可提高荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖活力,增强NK活性。结论番茄红素具有较强的抗肿瘤效应,有很好的应用前景,应对其进行深入研究。
Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of lycopene in vivo. METHODS: The tumor bearing mice model was established by transplantation of S180 sarcoma. After administration of different doses of lycopene, the tumor weight, organ index, tumor-bearing survival days, spleen lymphocyte proliferation activity, and natural cell killing activity (NK activity) of S180 tumor-bearing mice were observed. ). Results Lycopene significantly inhibited tumor growth. The average tumor weight was lower than that of the tumor model group, and it could prolong the survival days of the tumor-bearing mice. It could increase the proliferation activity of spleen lymphocytes and enhance NK activity in tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion Lycopene has a strong anti-tumor effect and has a good application prospect. It should be studied in depth.
