现已证实大多数分泌物中含有较多的分泌型IgA抗体。但近年来研究结果表明,变态个体的鼻粘膜能将IgE分泌到鼻的分泌物和血流中。另外还发现免疫治疗后鼻粘膜能产生IgG和IgA抗体,而且目前用各种花粉抽取物进行鼻内免疫疗法的研究,使人们对鼻分泌物中IgG和IgA封闭型抗体的准确定量增强了兴趣。除测定鼻粘膜分泌到鼻分泌物中的各类抗体外,应对目前用于收集鼻分泌物的不完善方法加以改进以纠正收集效率的不稳定性。现存方法的审定
It has been confirmed that most secretions contain more secreted IgA antibodies. In recent years, however, the results show that nasal mucosa of abnormal individuals can secrete IgE into nasal secretions and bloodstream. In addition, immunosuppressive nasal mucosa was also found to produce IgG and IgA antibodies, and current intranasal immunotherapy with various pollen extracts has led to increased interest in accurate quantitation of IgG and IgA-blocking antibodies in nasal secretions . In addition to measuring the various types of antibodies secreted by the nasal mucosa into nasal secretions, current imperfections in collecting nasal secretions have been refined to correct the instability of collection efficiency.
