对２４０株老年人肺部感染临床分离菌用常规纸片法做定性药敏试验及Ｅ－ｔｅｓｔ法检测ＭＩＣ值定量药敏试验，两种方法结果基本一致。数据表明奈替米星（ｎｅｔｉｌｍｉｃｉｎ，ＮＴＬ）对革兰氏阴性杆菌的抗菌活性接近阿米卡星和头孢他啶，优于庆大霉素、妥布霉素与广谱青霉素；ＮＴＬ对葡萄球菌的作用为氨基糖苷类中最强的，也优于氟喹诺酮类与第三代头孢菌素。提示ＮＴＬ可用于老年人肺部革兰氏阴性杆菌与部分葡萄球菌感染。
The clinical isolates of pulmonary infection in 240 elders were tested qualitatively and sensitively by the conventional paper method and the quantitative drug sensitivity test by the E-test method. The results of the two methods were basically the same. The data indicate that the antibacterial activity of netilmicin (NTL) against Gram-negative bacilli is near that of amikacin and ceftazidime over gentamicin, tobramycin and broad-spectrum penicillin; the effect of NTL on staphylococci For aminoglycosides in the strongest, but also superior to fluoroquinolones and third generation cephalosporins. Tip NTL can be used for elderly pulmonary Gram-negative bacilli and partial staphylococcal infection.
