探讨153衫-乙二胺四甲基磷酸（153SM-EUTMP）治疗骨转移瘤的治疗效果。方法：采用分次静脉给药法，首次治疗量按18．5－55．5MBq/kg体重，第二次治疗按骨摄取率确定剂量。结果：治疗后骨痛消失者11例（27．5％），骨痛减轻者15例（37．5％），止痛总有效率为65％。治疗后骨转移肿瘤病灶消失或缩小者的总有效率27．5％（11/40）。结论：153SM-EDTMP治疗骨转移瘤有一定的止痛效果和缓解病情作用。
To investigate the therapeutic effect of 153-shirt ethylenediamine tetramethylphosphoric acid (153SM-EUTMP) in the treatment of bone metastases. Methods: Intravenous administration was performed in divided doses. The first dose was 18.5-55.5 MBq/kg body weight. The second dose was determined according to the bone uptake rate. RESULTS: Eleven patients (27.5%) had disappeared after treatment and 15 cases (37.5%) had relieved bone pain. The total effective rate of analgesia was 65%. The total effective rate of disappearance or reduction of bone metastases after treatment was 27.5% (11/40). Conclusion: 153SM-EDTMP has certain analgesic effect and alleviates the disease effect in the treatment of bone metastases.
