目的:建立同时测定冰荷洗剂中主要活性成分苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量的方法。方法:Hypersil NH2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液(80∶10∶10)为流动相,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:220nm。结果:苦参碱质量在0.10~0.52μg,氧化苦参碱质量在0.31~1.60μg范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 8),平均回收率分别为100.2%和101.2%,RSD分别为1.8%和1.0%。结论:本法简便、准确,专属性强,重复性好,可作为冰荷洗剂中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱含量测定的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of matrine and oxymatrine in the main components of ice lotion. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Hypersil NH2 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-absolute ethanol-3% phosphoric acid solution (80:10:10), the column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1, detection wavelength: 220nm. Results: The linear range was 0.10-0.52μg for matrine and 0.31-1.60μg for oxymatrine (r> 0.999 8). The average recoveries were 100.2% and 101.2% respectively, with RSDs of 1.8% And 1.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used as a method to determine the content of matrine and oxymatrine in ice lotion.
