1995年7月以来，我院应用东菱克栓酶对脑梗塞进行了治疗，获得了较好疗机1997年百月以来，我们又对东麦克栓酶大剂量冲击疗法治疗早期脑梗塞进行了前瞻性系统观察、随访，并与常规用法进行了对比研究，以探讨其应用价值、适应证、疗效和安全性，现将首批20例病人的情况总结分析
