在浇注悬臂浇筑连续箱梁时通常需要增加临时结构,来保证施工,但对临时结构的设计缺乏针对性的分析,无法保证其稳定性和应用的可靠性,有时候临时结构过分安全,会造成应该过程的浪费。因此,有必要对临时结构的设计探讨合理的方法,建立经济实用的临时结构设计方法。文章利用专用结构分析软件,探讨悬臂浇筑连续箱梁在承台上设置临时支承的受力体系,通过建立由永久墩、支承钢管及预应力钢绞线组成的拉索-压杆计算模型,模拟了临时支承结构的边界条件,加载了最不利偏载,从而通过计算来确定钢管的构造尺寸、预应力钢绞线的布置数量及预张拉力。

Through the establishment of the cable-strut calculation model consisting of permanent pier, supporting steel pipe and prestressed steel strand, The boundary conditions of the supporting structure are loaded with the most unfavorable partial loads so that the structural dimensions of the steel pipe, the number of prestressed steel strands and the pretensioning force can be determined by calculation.
