近几年来,随着城乡一体化的发展,阜宁县实验小学已走出传统的办学模式,形成198个班级,万余名学生,近600名教职工的“一校四区一园一中心”(府前街校区、向阳路校区、石字路校区、苏州路校区、澳门路幼儿园、县青少年活动中心)的教育集团化的发展格局。集团化办学是机遇,更是责任。阜宁实小在全面贯彻全国、省市教育工作会议精神的基础上,深挖百年老校积淀的江苏省模范学校、江苏省文明学校、江苏省平安校园等丰厚的育人资源,实行校区间人员同分配、同教研、同考核、同奖惩,以强带弱,以强促弱,以强扶弱,全面提升了办学质量,实现县城教育均衡发展,办好人民满意的教育。
