对目前世界上最大跨径斜拉桥——苏通大桥全桥气弹模型设计、制作及模态测试进行了全面的论述。首先介绍了全桥气弹模型主梁、拉索、桥塔各构件应满足的相似条件和各参数对应的相似关系;然后详细给出了各构件模型的设计和制作方法;最后详述了成桥、最大单悬臂和最大双悬臂施工3种典型状态气弹模型模态调试方法与结果。根据模态测试结果可知:苏通大桥全桥气弹模型设计和制作均很好地满足试验要求,可为大跨度缆索承重桥梁全桥气弹模型设计提供参考和借鉴。
The design, fabrication and modal testing of the full span airseto-elastic model of the largest span cable-stayed bridge in the world at Sutong Bridge are comprehensively discussed. Firstly, the similar conditions that should be satisfied by the components of the main girder, cable and bridge tower of full bridge aeroelastic model and the corresponding relationship between the parameters are introduced. Then, the design and manufacturing methods of each component model are given in detail. Finally, Modal debugging methods and results of three kinds of typical aeroelastic model with maximum single cantilever and maximum double cantilever construction. According to the results of modal test, the design and fabrication of full-bridge aeroelastic model of Sutong Bridge meet the requirements of the test well and provide references for the design of full-bridge aeroelastic model of long-span cable-supported bridges.
