为实现从人工截割到自主截割,提出一种过渡手段-纵轴式掘进机记忆截割控制方法,可对人工示范的过程进行记忆学习及智能优化,并一键式触发掘进机按所学路径信息自动截割后续断面,还可根据实际截割情况对路径进行微调,以避开煤岩过硬的位置。地面试验结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,控制精度较高。
