为了研究碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的基本力学性能,通过实验系统测定了强度等级C20~C60的碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的基本力学性能,建立了其轴心抗压强度(f_(c,m))、劈裂抗拉强度(f_(sp,m))、抗折强度(f_(t,m))与立方体抗压强度(f_(cu,m))之间的线性关系,弹性模量(E_c)与立方体抗压强度(f_(cu,m))之间的双曲线关系及其回归计算公式,比较其与普通混凝土的差异。结果表明:在强度等级C20~C60的范围内,碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的f_(c,m)和f_(sp,m)值分别比普通混凝土相应强度高出22%~27%和27%~66%;在较低强度等级C20与C30,碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的E_c值比普通混凝土分别降低了17%和3%,当强度等级为C40~C60时其E_c值反而比普通混凝土高出9%~27%,而且随着强度等级的提高,两种混凝土之间的差距在扩大;碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土与普通混凝土的f_(t,m)值之间的差异规律与强度等级有关,在强度等级C20~C50的范围内其f_(t,m)值比普通混凝土高出38%~1%,且随着强度等级的提高,提高的幅度在减小,对于高强度等级C60的碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土,其f_(t,m)值比普通混凝土反而降低了5%。
In order to study the basic mechanical properties of basic magnesium sulphate cement concrete, the basic mechanical properties of basic magnesium sulphate cement concrete with strength grade C20 ~ C60 were determined through the experimental system.
