介绍了作者基于Fortran程序开发的一个多体动力学求解器。依托多刚体系统理论、基于绝对节点坐标(ANCF)法描述的常质量/变质量索梁单元和计算多体动力学方程组求解技术,该求解器可用于分析飞行器拖曳结构中的索-刚体约束系统的动力学问题。本文基于并行CFD求解器PMB3D的动态重叠网格功能,构建了多体动力学和计算流体力学的非定常耦合计算程序。以软式空中加油系统为例,对真实外形飞行器拖曳系统的气动-动力学特性进行了仿真研究。探讨了战斗机构型进行软式加油对接时产生的气动干扰问题,研究了受油机的接近速度和初始偏移量对对接效果的影响。
Introduced a multi-body dynamics solver based on Fortran program. Relying on multi-body system theory, the solution of constant mass / variable mass beam elements and multi-body dynamics equations based on ANCF method, the solver can be used to analyze the cable-rigid constraint in the towing structure of aircraft System dynamics problem. Based on the dynamic overlay grid function of the parallel CFD solver PMB3D, this paper constructs the unsteady coupled computational program of multi-body dynamics and computational fluid dynamics. Taking the soft air refueling system as an example, the aerodynamic characteristics of the towing system of a real profile vehicle are simulated. In this paper, the aerodynamic interference problem of the fighter mechanism with soft refueling butt joint is discussed. The effect of the approaching speed and initial displacement of the receiver on the docking effect is studied.
