目的系统评价iRoot SP和AH plus糊剂用于根管治疗的效果。方法检索MEDLINE、EMBASE、Cochrane library、CNKI、万方、维普6个医学数据库,时间范围为自建库至2017年2月。由2名评价员独立筛选、评价文献和提取数据。对无异质性的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献(包含493颗患牙)。Meta分析结果显示:iRoot SP糊剂组即刻充填质量较AH Plus糊剂组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义[OR=0.30,95%CI:(0.10~0.85)];术后疼痛发生率iRoot SP糊剂组低于AH Plus糊剂组[OR=0.23,95%CI:(0.06~0.89)];在根尖渗透长度方面,iRoot SP糊剂组短于AH Plus糊剂组[WMD=-0.13,95%CI:(-0.22~-0.05)]。结论 iRoot SP糊剂用于根管治疗中可以缓解患者疼痛,远期疗效好,生物相容性较好,是理想的根管充填材料。由于本研究中纳入分析的文献较少且均为国内文献,因此有必要进一步开展大样本、多中心、随机、双盲的对照试验来验证结论。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of iRoot SP and AH plus paste for root canal therapy. Methods MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane library, CNKI, Wanfang, Vipu were searched in six medical databases. The time range was from self-construction to February 2017. Two reviewers independently screened, evaluated the literature and extracted the data. Meta-analysis of non-heterogeneous literature. Results A total of 7 articles (including 493 teeth) were included. The results of Meta analysis showed that the immediate filling quality of iRoot SP paste group was higher than that of AH Plus paste group, and there was significant difference between the two groups [OR = 0.30, 95% CI: (0.10-0.85)]; postoperative pain rate The iRoot SP paste group was lower than the AH Plus paste group [OR = 0.23, 95% CI: (0.06-0.89)]; iRoot SP paste group was shorter than the AH Plus paste group [ -0.13, 95% CI: (-0.222 ~ -0.05)]. Conclusion The iRoot SP paste can be used in root canal therapy to relieve pain in patients with long-term curative effect and good biocompatibility. It is an ideal root canal filling material. Due to the small number of studies included in this study and domestic literature, it is necessary to further carry out large sample, multicenter, randomized, double-blind controlled trials to verify the conclusions.
