在文献综述的基础上,本文提出零售业态适应性概念。通过对全国35个城市限额以上连锁零售企业的实证研究发现,人口密度对超级市场适应性和便利店适应性均有显著的正向影响;就业水平对专卖店适应性有显著的正向影响;地区生产总值对超级市场适应性有显著的正向影响;工资水平对专业店适应性有显着的正向影响;人均城市道路面积对百货商店适应性有显著的正向影响。最后,对研究结果作进一步讨论,并给出了相应的政策意义。
Based on the literature review, this paper proposes the concept of retail format adaptability. Empirical research on chain retail enterprises above the designated size in 35 cities in China found that population density had a significant positive effect on supermarket adaptability and convenience store adaptability; employment level had a significant positive impact on store adaptability; The gross domestic product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on the adaptability of supermarkets. The wage level has a significant positive effect on the adaptability of specialty stores. The per capita urban road area has a significant positive impact on the adaptability of department stores. Finally, the results of the study for further discussion, and gives the corresponding policy implications.
