针对汽车与钢-混组合护栏碰撞过程中汽车和混凝土共同变形,建立汽车与钢-混组合护栏碰撞的计算模型,并用有限元通用显式程序LS-DYNA对碰撞运动进行数值仿真分析.在分析组合护栏中各组件在碰撞中的作用的基础上对组合护栏的抗撞能力进行综合评价.因钢-混组合护栏中钢结构能够在碰撞中吸收较多的能量,所以组合护栏的防撞能力得到很大的提高.仿真分析结果证明组合护栏防撞能力相对其他类型的护栏具有较大的优势.该研究为新型防撞护栏的设计提供了新的方法.
Aiming at the common deformation of automobile and concrete during the collision of automobile and steel-steel compound guardrail, the calculation model of collision between automobile and steel-steel compound guardrail was established and the numerical simulation analysis of impact motion was carried out by finite element general explicit program LS-DYNA. Based on the role of each component in the guardrail, the crashworthiness of the guardrail is evaluated comprehensively.Because the steel structure in the guardrail with steel-mixed structure can absorb more energy in the collision, the crashworthiness of the guardrail And the simulation results show that the crashworthiness of the composite guardrail has more advantages than other types of guardrail.The research provides a new method for the design of the new guardrail.
