本文所敍及的仅为鋼筋混凝土露天吊車架之設計,亦即目前工厂設計中最常用的一种。一布置露天吊車架之跨度、柱距及高度,应按照建委頒布之“厂房結構統一化的基本規則”規定办理。因此一般的跨度应为15、18、21及24公尺等。吊车桥之跨度較吊車短1.5公尺,为使吊車輪压所产生之垂直荷重对柱及基础不产生偏心荷重,吊車軌道与柱中心綫应布置在同一垂直线上(如圖1所示)。因此露天吊車架之实际跨度应为13.5、19.5及22.5公尺等。露天吊車架之柱距一般多采用6公尺,当有铁路穿过或柱间布置設备时,柱距可采用9或12公尺。吊車架之高度亦应按照模数,通常为6、8、10及12公尺等。在吊車梁之平面上应設置走道。走道設于吊車梁之外側,其寬度在吊車淨空以外不小于400公厘。走道之外边应設金属欄杆。每排柱
This article only describes the design of a reinforced concrete open-air crane frame, which is currently the most commonly used type of factory design. The span, column spacing and height of an open-air crane frame shall be handled in accordance with the “Basic Rules for the Uniformity of the Structure of the Workshop” promulgated by the Construction Committee. Therefore, the general span should be 15, 18, 21, and 24 meters. The span of the crane bridge is 1.5 meters shorter than the crane, so that the vertical load generated by the crane wheel pressure does not generate eccentric load on the column and foundation, and the centerline of the crane track and column should be arranged on the same vertical line (as shown in Figure 1) . Therefore, the actual span of open-air crane frames should be 13.5, 19.5 and 22.5 meters. The pitch of the open-air crane frame is generally more than 6 meters. When there are railroad crossings or equipments arranged between columns, the column spacing can be 9 or 12 meters. The height of the crane frame should also be in accordance with the modulus, usually 6, 8, 10 and 12 meters. The walkway should be set on the plane of the crane beam. The walkway is located on the outside of the crane girder and its width is not less than 400 mm outside the crane clearance. Metal railings should be provided outside the walkway. Each column
